Service Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer service-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, providing accurate estimates and recommendations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers with their vehicle repair and maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming experience
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle
- Educate customers on recommended services and maintenance schedules
- Process payments and invoices accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive service or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Proficient computer skills
